DecaMint — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 2, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, including educator subscriptions (Mint Studio), premium developer access, and any other paid features.

1. Free Trials

  • If a free trial is available, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

2. Subscription Billing

DecaMint subscriptions operate on:

  • Monthly billing cycles OR
  • Annual billing cycles

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically.

3. Refund Eligibility

DecaMint offers a fair and transparent refund policy:

3.1 Full Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 3 days of the initial purchase
  • You have not significantly used paid features during this period

3.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • There were major service outages exceeding 48 hours
  • You were double-charged or incorrectly billed
  • A technical error prevented access to your paid plan

3.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You used the paid features extensively
  • You forgot to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Your dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations rather than service failure
  • Your account was terminated due to misuse or policy violation

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@decamint.ai with:

  • Full name
  • Registered email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by:

  • Visiting your Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of the billing cycle
  • No further charges will occur

6. Changes to Pricing

We may update subscription pricing. Users will be notified at least 14 days before changes take effect.
