3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DecaMint. Users under 18 require parental consent where required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse AI systems
• Do not submit harmful, plagiarized, or infringing content

5. AI-Assisted Code Editor Rules

• AI tools are provided for collaboration, not complete code outsourcing
• All AI prompts and outputs may be logged for evaluation and abuse detection
• Scores are influenced by both correctness and AI usage efficiency

6. Intellectual Property

• All DecaMint content (branding, quizzes, analytics) is our property
• You retain ownership of your submissions but grant us a license to process them within the platform
• You may not resell or distribute DecaMint content without permission

7. Job Matching Disclaimer

We do not guarantee job placement. We only facilitate visibility based on your scores and performance data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
